Do I need to be technical to take this course?
No. This course is business-focused. A basic understanding of business processes and general technology use is helpful, but you do not need to be a programmer or AI expert.
Is the credential assessment included?
Yes. The GenAIBIZ™ credential assessment is included. It is completed separately on your own time through the CHOICE platform. Course and assessment access and assessment details will be provided after registration is confirmed.
What is included with registration?
Registration includes the live virtual training session, official CertNexus® student materials, access instructions, and guidance for completing the credential assessment.
Will a replay be available?
Replays will be available for 7 days. The course is designed as a live virtual training experience with individual associated digital course materials for lifetime review, so attending live is strongly encouraged.
